1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NotaVista, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Contracting Entity

Your contracting entity is Adwebdev. All agreements are with Adwebdev.

3) Eligibility

The app is for users 13+. By using NotaVista, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4) Service Description

NotaVista is a sight-reading training app that lets users practice reading musical notes and rhythm, track their reading-speed progress, and sync that progress across their devices.

5) License and Acceptable Use

You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable, single-user license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse any part of the app.

6) Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in NotaVista. You grant us a limited license to store and sync it solely to provide the service.

7) Payments

NotaVista offers a one-time purchase at the price displayed in the app before purchase. On iOS, payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase; on Android, through Google Play Billing; on the web, through Stripe. A completed purchase unlocks premium features on your account.

8) Refunds

Refunds follow the respective app store or payment processor policies. If you have issues, contact adwebdev23@gmail.com before initiating a dispute.

9) Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, rights violations, attempts to bypass security, or redistribution of the service.

10) Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adwebdev disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11) Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud risk, non-payment, or abuse.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated version.

13) Apple App Store

If you download NotaVista from the Apple App Store, the following also applies. These Terms are between you and Adwebdev only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, product or intellectual-property claims, or legal or regulatory compliance relating to the app; these are Adwebdev's responsibility. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, that you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list, and that you will comply with applicable third-party and export-control terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14) Google Play

If you download NotaVista from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and in-app purchases on Android are processed through Google Play Billing.
